Husband beats wife with a baseball bat just to please his lover – but the revenge of the wife’s three CEO brothers surprised everyone…

It was pouring cold rain.
Lan fell face down on the tiled floor, her hands still covering her head. The wooden stick hit her shoulder hard, the “thump” sound was terrifying.

“Huy! Please, don’t hit me anymore… It hurts so much!”
But the man was still cold:
“Do you think I don’t know you’ve been badmouthing Mai to my mother? You’ve made me lose face with her, now you have to suffer!”

Mai – “she” Huy was talking about – was the new lover, a subordinate who was both young and pretending to be obedient.

Mai sat on the sofa, holding a cup of tea, looking at the scene before her with… pleasure in her eyes.

“Don’t be too lenient,” she whispered, “or else she’ll think she’s important again.”

Huy didn’t hesitate to throw a hateful look at Lan and then hit her again.

The rain outside mixed with the muffled sobs inside the villa.

Lan was taken to the hospital by a neighbor. She only had time to text one line:

“Don’t tell him. I’m fine.”

But her phone fell back home.

And the first person to pick it up… was her eldest brother – Lam.

Lam – CEO of a leading investment group and major shareholder in Huy’s company – read the last messages his sister sent him two days ago:

“Dear brother, Huy has been acting strange lately. I saw him talking intimately with Mai, but I guess I’m just suspicious.”

When he saw the photo of Lan lying on a stretcher, Lam only said one sentence:

“Prepare for an emergency meeting. All capital in Huy’s company – withdraw it all. Immediately.”

The second brother – Lawyer Lan, who is famous in the industry for having brought many businessmen to justice – only looked at the photo of the wound and said:

“If he really touched her, I will make sure that he will never have his name on any legal document again.”

The third brother – CEO of the international fashion company Lac – was silent, opened his laptop, and looked up his employee profile.

The name “Mai” appeared, along with the words: Acting Deputy Marketing Director.

Lac smiled coldly:

“Okay. Just acting as an interim.”

Two days later, Huy came to the company as usual. But the receptionist looked at him strangely.

“Sorry, Mr. Huy… your shares in the company have been revoked. You are no longer on the list of leaders.”

Huy was stunned.

“What? Who dares—”
“The Lam Capital Group has withdrawn all investment capital. There is no more cash flow, the bank has frozen the company’s account due to financial risks.”

His phone rang continuously.
One by one, the partners canceled the contract.

Mai panicked, holding his hand:

“Say something, why is that?”

Huy snapped: “Shut up! Maybe it was her damn brother-in-law!”

But that was just the beginning.

Three days later, the court sent out a summons.
Plaintiff: Lan Nguyen.
Representing lawyer: Tran Lan.

Huy sneered when he saw his brother-in-law’s name. “You think you can scare me?”

But right at the first hearing, Lan silenced the room.

He presented all the evidence: recordings, cameras, witness statements, and Lan’s injury assessment results.

Lan’s voice was calm but sharp as a knife:

“My client doesn’t want him to go to jail. She just wants justice – and wants the world to know that, sometimes, the most dangerous thing is not the hit… but the silence of the person who thinks he has the right to hit.”

Huy turned pale. His assets – which Lam had sponsored in many projects – were now frozen.
The trial ended, Huy was empty-handed.

Mai was sitting in the meeting room of the fashion company Lac Mode.
She had just received the news: “You have been deleted from the human resources system.”
She rushed to the director’s office, banging on the door:

“Mr. Lac! Why did you fire me? I have done nothing wrong!”

Lac raised her head, her eyes cold as ice:

“You slept with my sister’s husband. Do you think this company is still keeping you to set a bad example?”

She trembled: “You… what are you saying? I don’t know—”

“I know.” – Lac interrupted – “The day you sent the photo of Lan being beaten to your best friend, I read it. I have everything.”

Lac threw her a cut-in-half access card.

“Go. If you want to survive in this industry, never appear in a place where there are people with the last name Nguyen.”

Mai left the building, tears mixing with the rain. She realized she had played the wrong game.

A month later, Huy was completely devastated.

His house was confiscated, his company went bankrupt, his friends turned their backs on him.

He lived in hiding in a cheap rented room, reeking of alcohol.

One morning, someone knocked on the door.

It was Lam.

“What are you doing here?” – Huy laughed dryly.

Lam put a piece of paper on the table.

“The divorce papers. Lan signed them. I just wanted to give them to you so you understand – we are not taking revenge. We are just taking back exactly what my sister lost.”

Huy signed with trembling hands.

When Lam stood up to leave, he asked:

“Have you ever thought… what if I regret it?”

Lam paused, his eyes sad and distant:

“It’s too late. You didn’t lose Lan because you were wrong… but because you thought she had no one behind her.”

Lam left.
Huy burst into tears for the first time in many years.

A week later, Lan was discharged from the hospital.
She received an anonymous gift package.
Inside was an old wooden stick, broken in half, with a piece of paper scribbled on it:

“I’m sorry. From now on, I’ll only hit myself.”

Lan was silent. She didn’t know whether to hate or love.

But when she looked up, her three brothers were waiting outside the door, smiling:

“You don’t need to be strong anymore. Because from now on, your brothers will do it for you.”
