TOM SANDOVAL DRAMA ESCALATES: Girlfriend And Her Father Reportedly Removed From Former Vanderpump Rules Star’s Home After Alleged Attack
Tom Sandoval’s girlfriend Victoria Robinson and her father, Will Robinson, will be leaving the Bravo star’s home following an alleged violent altercation, as dual temporary restraining orders have been granted.
Per documents obtained by Page Six, as of Thursday, Victoria and Will have been ordered to vacate the “Vanderpump Rules” star’s Los Angeles home.
According to the docs, the father and daughter may take “only personal clothing and belongings needed until the hearing and move out immediately” from the residence.
The orders specify that Victoria and Will must remain 100 yards away from the reality star — including keeping clear of his home, workplace and vehicle.
They’re also prohibited from obtaining or having in their possession any firearms.

Per documents obtained by Page Six, the former SUR bartender claimed that after an evening of drinking, an argument erupted with Will, during which Victoria’s father punched a massive hole in a spare bedroom and grabbed Sandoval.
He claimed that after he’d barricaded himself in the room, Will entered and allegedly punched him, leaving visible injuries on his ear and neck, noting that the blow allegedly caused him blurry vision.
“I sustained a bruise near my temple and eyebrow ridge and bled from my ear and neck as a result of [Robinson] striking me that night,” he alleged.
He continued, “The pain in my mouth persisted for two weeks, which prompted me to visit the ER to be evaluated.”
Sandoval also said he “deeply regret[s]” a decision to take a phone call from Victoria’s mother from jail and allegedly lending her bail money.

The reality star claimed that the two-year relationship had been rife with violence, claiming that Victoria had punched him, thrown a full bottle of Gatorade at him, and verbally abused him.
He also claimed that Victoria and Will continued to live in the rented home at his expense following the alleged encounter and that he’d been “completely displaced” in the aftermath.
Sandoval claimed he’s stayed with friends and in hotels since then, and wrote that he’s “gravely concerned” for his “safety and well-being.”
“I genuinely fear returning to the [residence] while [Robinson] and her father remain there and I have no alternate long-term accommodations,” he wrote, per court docs.
